The team behind Hostology

Small, senior and distributed across the UK, with venue experience running through the team. CEO and founder Emma Hardcastle, a software entrepreneur, joined forces with five UK venues in 2018 to build the platform. Mark Somerfield is CTO, and Lucia Pusateri, Head of Customer Success, brings a hospitality background to onboarding and support for venue teams.     Emma leads Hostology. An experienced software entrepreneur, she joined forces with five UK venues in 2018 to build and road-test the platform. Every strategic call at Hostology sits with Emma.
