Payment fees are separate from the subscription. Stripe merchant fees for card and Pay by Bank, as per Stripe. Hostology adds 0.5% admin on host payments (minimum 50p, maximum £5). Guest portal accommodation payments include a 2% Hostology service fee that covers guest-side support and is not billed to the venue.
Bespoke onboarding, one-off £99
Onboarding is bespoke for every venue team. We take two to four weeks depending on how much data is coming across, sit with your team through the setup, build the workflow templates you will run all season and train the team through it. It is £99 as a one-off and it includes unlimited support while you migrate.

What if I outgrow my band mid-season?
You move up a band. No penalties, no fresh onboarding.
Do you offer a contract or a rolling subscription?

What does the £3 per event above the band cover?
Events that go over the ceiling of your band. It only kicks in once you cross your band ceiling, and it is applied to confirmed events, not enquiries.
Can I try Hostology before paying anything?
Yes. The 30-day free trial gives you the venue subscription. No card required to start.
Can I get help setting it up if I do not want to onboard on my own?
Yes. £99 bespoke onboarding gives your team personalised setup, workflow templates, team training and unlimited support while you migrate.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Every band includes unlimited team members. You do not have to ration logins.
