What is Hostology?

Hostology is the leading collaborative event management platform; designed by venues for venues, their customers, guests and suppliers. Our multi-portal task management tools, operational templates and guest and supplier management workflows will save your team hours every week.


Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial with a free bespoke onboarding consultation and no obligation to commit.


How much does Hostology cost?

We charge a rolling £25 monthly membership fee for venues  – no contract – giving access to the full venue team. We add a monthly fee of £1 per event, applicable to any event booked within 12 months.  You can manage your enquiries and future events for free.  And note, Hostology is free to access for hosts, guests, and suppliers.


Do you offer support?

Yes! We offer a free platform demo and we have an extensive support library. Our friendly support team is also always on hand to help.


Who is Hostology for?

Hostology is designed to be used by venues, their hosts, guests, and suppliers. Our venues range from barns to country houses, from dry hire venues to those with accommodation and in-house catering, from intimate weddings to huge gatherings. However your venue is set up, Hostology can work for you.


Do you offer a referral scheme?

Yes! You will receive one free month of Hostology once the venue you have referred has been with Hostology for 3 months (including free trial).


Is my data secure?

Yes! Hostology is a cloud hosted platform which means that your data is fully backed-up and secure. Our hosting partner, AWS, operate and manage a world-class facility. Our systems are fully GDPR compliant and we’ll always flag when you’re sharing data with your customers.


International clients

Yes! We work with customers globally. Client contact information is already internationalised and currency options are coming soon.
