What does Hostology cost?
Pricing starts at £45 a month for a boutique band and scales to unlimited for the largest venues, across six bands. Every band includes the whole platform. £99 one-off bespoke onboarding. 30-day free trial. Rolling monthly, no long contracts.
Can I try Hostology before I commit?
Yes. There is a free 30-day trial for the venue subscription, no card needed. If you would rather see it against your venue’s real workflow first, book a 15-minute discovery call and we will walk through it together.
Is there a referral scheme?

Onboarding
How long does onboarding take?
Bespoke onboarding takes two to four weeks depending on how much data is coming across. It is £99 and it includes personalised setup, workflow templates, team training and unlimited support while you migrate.

What kind of venues does Hostology work best for?
Hostology powers venues across the UK, from Scotland down to Cornwall and from single-day-a-year historic estates to venues doing more than 100 events a year. It fits best where a venue owner or event manager is running the whole workflow. And it is ideal where the venue has on-site accommodation, in-house catering and a team that lives in the tool day to day.

Yes. We work with customers globally, with internationalised contact information and multi-currency options for secure event and accommodation payments. Simply choose your country and currency when you sign up.

Do you offer guest and catering management?
Yes. Hostology offers a full suite of guest management tools, from meal selection to dietary and allergen tracking and table plans. Our hosts and couples website helps your customers invite and manage guest RSVPs, collect meal choices and dietary requirements, create table plans and assign accommodation. Your venue team can keep an eye on proceedings, or take control as they wish.
Accommodation
Do you offer accommodation management?
Yes: a comprehensive set of accommodation management tools, from assigning rooms to fast online payments by host or guests, by card or Pay by Bank. Your team can assign available accommodation in seconds, and set up seasonal pricing, minimum stay periods and available extras.
Integrations
Which integrations are live today?
Xero, Stripe, Gmail, Outlook, Google Workspace and Nylas for calendar sync. New integrations are prioritised by what venue teams ask for most.
Support
Do you offer onboarding and ongoing customer support?
Yes. Bespoke onboarding for the full venue team is £99. After onboarding we keep supporting you with free one-to-one catch-up calls, UK-based email support and an extensive support library, and our human support team is always on hand to help.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Hostology is a cloud-hosted platform, which means your data is fully encrypted, backed up and secure. Our hosting partner, AWS, operates and manages a world-class facility. Our systems are fully GDPR compliant, and we always flag when you are sharing data with your customers.
