What is Hostology?
Hostology is the leading connected venue and event management software platform. Software as a service (SaaS), designed by venues for venues,
Hostology connects your venue team with your customers, their guests and suppliers. We help all the event stakeholders to collaborate effectively, making the event admin a breeze.
Our multi-portal solution delivers task management, time-saving operational templates, cost-effective online payments and host, guest and supplier management workflows to save your venue team hours each week.
Who is Hostology for?
Hostology is designed to help venues, their hosts, guests and suppliers plan together.
Our venue clients range from barns to country houses, from dry hire venues to those with accommodation and in-house catering, from intimate weddings to huge gatherings.
However your venue is set up, Hostology can be tailored to work for you.
How much will Hostology cost my venue?
We charge a £25 monthly core membership fee per venue – no contract. This gives your team unlimited access to Hostology, including our automated enquiry through booking Pipeline.
We add a monthly fee of £2 per event, applied only to any confirmed event within 12 months.
You can manage your enquiries and future events as part of your core subscription. And note, Hostology is FREE to access for hosts, guests, and suppliers.
Can I take a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial. To get the most out of your trial we recommend that you first book in for a short discovery consultation and/or try our sandbox.
During the trial we charge £99 for bespoke, personalised venue onboarding, including two or more 121 sessions with the team to get you fully set up.
Our aim is to get you hitting the event management ground running! If you do decide Hostology is not for you then there is no obligation to continue after the trial.
Do you offer onboarding and ongoing customer support?
Yes! We offer bespoke onboarding for the full venue team for just £99.
After onboarding we continue to support you on your journey with free 121 catch-up calls, UK-based email support and an extensive support library.
Our friendly human support team is also always on hand to help!
Do you offer a Guest and Catering management?
Yes, Hostology offers a full suite of guest management tools, from meal selection to dietary and allergen tracking and table plans.
Our smart Couples and Hosts website helps your customers invite and manage guest RSVPs, collect meal choices and dietary complications, create table plans and assign accommodation. Your venue team can keep an eye on proceedings or take control as they wish.
Do you offer Accommodation management?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive array of accommodation management tools; from assigning rooms to fast online payments by host or guests (card and Pay by Bank).
Your team can assign available accommodation in seconds; set up your seasonal pricing, minimum stay periods and available extras.
Is there a referral scheme?
Yes! Receive money off Hostology for each venue you refer – ask us for details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. See our Security page. Hostology is a cloud hosted platform which means that your data is fully encrypted, backed-up and secure. Our hosting partner, AWS, operate and manage a world-class facility.
Our systems are fully GDPR compliant and we’ll always flag when you’re sharing data with your customers.
International clients
Yes! We work with customers globally. With internationalised contact information and multi-currency options for secure event and accommodation payments. Simply choose your country and currency when you sign up.
