Deposits and balances
Hostology processes payments through Stripe (card and Pay by Bank), direct to the venue account. Deposits, instalment plans, host balances and guest-level accommodation payments are tracked to the event. You can also choose to create and reconcile invoices in Xero. A small admin fee applies for host payments; guest accommodation payments carry a 2% service fee not billed to the venue.

The Xero integration syncs invoices, payments and refunds so month-end is not a project.
