What kind of venues does Hostology work best for?
Hostology powers venues across the UK, from Scotland down to Cornwall and from single-day-a-year historic estates to venues doing more than 100 events a year. It fits best where a venue owner or event manager is running the whole workflow. And it is ideal where the venue has on-site accommodation, in-house catering and a team that lives in the tool day to day.
How is Hostology different from a general-purpose CRM?
Hostology is built for wedding and event venues, not adapted for them. That means an enquiry pipeline shaped around show-rounds, quotes and contracts; event planning that knows about run sheets, table plans, dietaries and suppliers; payments that split between the host and their guests; and, for venues with rooms, guest-level accommodation booking and payment inside the same event.

How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding is bespoke and typically takes two to four weeks depending on how much data is coming across. It is £99 for the venue team and includes personalised setup, workflow templates, team training and unlimited support while you migrate.
