A room block that pays for itself
Assign rooms to the host, let the host split the cost how they like, or open rooms for the guests to book directly. All the payments come straight to the venue, tracked to the guest and the event.
Accommodation
For venues with rooms, Hostology brings accommodation into the same event running the day. Assign rooms or let guests book them, take deposits and balances per guest, and see every payment land straight in the venue account.
Rooms inside the event
Hostology is the only wedding venue platform that brings accommodation into the same event running the day. Venues assign rooms to the host or open them for guests to book directly, take deposits and balances per guest through Stripe, and see every payment land in the venue account. Rooms sit inside the event, not in a separate tool.

No spreadsheet, no separate room booking tool, no reconciliation between the event and the accommodation. Deposits, balances, arrival dates and dietaries: all inside the same event.
Set your rates per season, minimum stays for peak weekends, and bundle rooms into event packages. Hostology calculates the totals so hosts and guests see one clean price.
Local accommodation surfaces after your rooms are full, via affiliate links, so guests find nearby options and the venue can earn on the referrals.

Room types, pricing, seasonal rules and package bundles.
The host can allocate rooms to specific guests, or open them for guests to book on their own.
Through the same link they use to RSVP. Deposits, balances, extras, all taken through Stripe.
Occupancy view, income view and the arrival list, all in one place.
Room management bolted onto a booking engine, or events bolted onto a property system, always leaves a gap. Hostology was built venue-first, so the event and its rooms are one plan, from boutique hotels to bespoke wedding venues.

Yes. Accommodation is where Hostology goes furthest, but the rest of the platform (enquiries, planning, guest management, catering, payments) is where most venues start. If you do not have rooms, that section of the platform is simply hidden.
Either. Most events split it: the host pays for close family, and guests book and pay for their own rooms. You choose.
Both. Stripe supports card and Pay by Bank, direct to your account. Hostology adds a small admin charge on host payments and a 2% guest service fee that covers guest-side support, not billed to the venue.
You can list them with contact details and distance, and guests see them once the on-site rooms are full. There is also an Expedia and Booking.com surface for wider overflow, with affiliate revenue coming back to the venue.
