FCA test Case on business Interruption – High Court judgement released

Yesterday – the 15th September – the FCA published the long awaited High Court judgement to the long running test case on business interruption.

It seems that the outcome for each business will depend upon the wording of your individual business policy. You can read more about the findings here.

And you should also hear from your insurer within 7 days – we suggest chasing them if you don’t!
