Hostology was founded by a collaboration of five established, independent, venues. Between them they host over 600 successful weddings, parties and corporate events each year, with some 500,000 happy customers and guests to their name.

Designed and road-tested by the founders, Hostology has grown into a sophisticated event management Platform, powering up 1000s of events each year through its seamless collaborative planning software.

We believe that at the heart of hosting is an enjoyable journey, leading always to a successful celebration.  

To champion the venue’s pivotal role in this, we created an online Platform designed for higher event functioning and The Collective to support our peer community. 

We look forward to working together to elevate the art of hosting.

We designed THE PLATFORM to optimise the entire hosting journey, then packed it with the features we found lacking in kindred solutions.

THE COLLECTIVE was created to provide a community for venue hosts to connect with, and learn from, each other.

Our venue exclusive online forum provides a wealth of information, advice and camaraderie.
