Those of you logging into Hostology this morning will notice that your Venue Calendar looks a little different. We’re excited to introduce a new Calendar view that makes finding key event information faster and easier. Read on for more on our Calendar update…
Event dates: View the actual event days clearly in full colour, with the full event duration showing in a knocked back hue. So you can see exactly when your event spaces are being used, as well as your Hosts’ arrival and departure time.
Event status: Keep track of pencil bookings and opportunities. Pencil bookings have a new cross hatched style, whilst opportunities show in white with a colourful boarder.
Team colours: an auto assigned colour for each team member, so you can see exactly who is managing which event.
Clearer Year view – Too many events in one month, click the three dots at the bottom of the month to view a pop up list of all events.
Event Timeline: Click to view event milestone meetings on the calendar
ToDos: Click to view your team’s event tasks due on any day

Filter events by team member. Right now you can see all events or your own, the new filter will allow you to see each team member’s events in one click.
