New Hostology Event Management Super Powers!

This month is full of exciting updates to the Hostology event management platform, the latest of which is our new “Super-admin” feature. But what does this mean for you?

The Super-admin is a new level of permission setting, to allow more flexibility in the control and management of your Hostology account. This feature means the following for you and your team:

- The Original creator of your Hostology Account will automatically become the Super-Admin.
- Only Super-Admins can create “New Venues”. This means that if you own multiple venues that operate separately. You can now manage all the venues within one account
- Only Super-admins can add another Super-admin
- Admins & Users will only be able to see information for the Venues they are associated with. So if you work across multiple venues, make sure that you are on all of these.
- Admins will still be able to edit and manage the venue management side for the Venue they are associated with.
Users will still only be able to work at the event level only. And not be able to edit at the venue management level
