Apply date ranges to menus, to only display to customers with events occurring within the given date range

Event lock now includes Table Plans

Event unlock; venue able to unlock the event from their Dashboard

Upgraded reporting to track incoming and past payments

Added value of the event on the event table

PDF upgrades

Venue accounts can now have a Host portal so switching back and forth is super easy!
