We are excited to announce that our much-anticipated update was released on Friday! The refresh is packed with new features and usability improvements. Our mission is to help you, your customers, suppliers and guests, to plan for success in 2021.

Here’s a sneak peek of some of our new features:

Quickly view outstanding itinerary timings

You can now set itinerary items as a ‘draft’ or ‘confirmed’ status within a template or an event until they have been finalised by your host. With the addition of itinerary notes, you now have a full audit trail that is time-stamped!

Simplified navigation on every page

With our new notification and messages alert in the top navigation menu, you can keep up to date with all the comings and goings of your business!

Smart new Host portal

We have fully refreshed the customer portal. We hope that your customers’ will be delighted and excited to get going with their planning, guest-lists, accommodation.

Up-sell your Host experience

Create “additional extras” list to add value to room sales, for example, add an extra bed or champagne on arrival. We’ll have some champagne, please!
