What is new
You can now build a quote inside Hostology and send it straight to the customer. Event days, packages, add-ons and the rest of the detail pull together into one polished document that is easy for a customer to understand, and it goes out branded, from Hostology, in a few clicks.
Why we built it
Until now there was no quote in Hostology. The proposal was put together somewhere else and sent separately, which meant detail you had already entered against the enquiry was typed out a second time. Quotes closes that gap: the document is built from what is already in the event and sent from the same place. Customers review it, ask questions and move forward faster, which keeps the momentum up and closes deals sooner.
How to use it
Open the enquiry, pull the quote together from your event days, packages and add-ons, and send it. Building one is quick and intuitive: there is nothing to learn beyond the enquiry you are already looking at.
Set up your quote settings and email templates once at venue level and every quote after that is faster still. There is a short video walk-through if you would rather be shown than told.
