Do I need event insurance?

Lots of venues recommend you get insurance

Wedding insurance is designed to give you financial protection if the unexpected happens. Though it is not something any of us want to think about, insurance can be reassuring, knowing that you will be covered if something does go wrong.

Your venue may also have requested that you have cover, so do check in with them.

As soon as you take out Wedding Insurance, you will be covered for the build up to your event as well as the day itself. For example; illness of a close family member, an accident involving you or your partner, or a supplier going into liquidation.

Choosing the right event insurance policy could cover you for all or most of your costs, whether rearranging the ceremony or recovering a deposit.
